Using Gigabit Ethernet switches, the H3C Wireless LAN Controller WX3010 unifies the functionality of wireless LAN (WLAN) access controllers, implementing WLAN deployments while providing rich data switching features. The WX3010, which supports Power over Ethernet+ (PoE+) and 802.11a/b/g/n series access points, enables the successful provisioning of integrated wireline and wireless access for up to 24 access points (APs). When used with 802.11n-based APs, it provides wireless access six times that of traditional 802.11 a/b/g network.
