AddOn network upgrades Laser-Optomized Multi-Mode fiber (LOMM) duplex MPO/MPO OM3 aqua patch cable is a 50/125 micrometer cable that provides high-density connection for network equipment. This high-density cable accommodates 12 fibers, providing savings in circuit card and rack space. In addition, it accommodates speeds up to 40 gigabits, commonly used in QSFP applications. The Optical Fiber Nonconductive Plenum (OFNP) is intended for vertical runs between floors, and complies with the UL standards. This patch cable is recommended for connections between fiber patch panels, hubs, switches, media converters and routers, etc. It provides higher speeds and increased bandwidth, compared to conventional twisted-pair copper cable.
