The ADTRAN Custom Extended Services program offers multiple types and levels of service plans that allow you to choose the kind of assistance you need.

ADTRAN Customer Extended Services (ACES) installation is performed on-site by licensed contractors with telephone assistance from ADTRAN Technical Support Engineers. Installation services include the verification of proper operation with both the network and third party equipment. ACES installation prices apply to normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customer Location Time) installations only. Upcharges for after-hours or expedite service can be verified through and will be billed by ADTRAN.

This service covers the installation of one additional module to an existing TSU Mux System or Smart 16 Shelf.
