The APC Remote Console Manager is an enterprise-class out-of-band administration tool that provides a richer feature set than more traditional serial console servers. Premium features include IT maintenance task automation, automatic configuration recovery, proactive monitoring and reporting of preset parameters, security compliance for the latest government regulations, and remote power management.

The 1U RCM appliance enables remote management of select servers and other devices. They provide access, activity monitoring, event logging, and facilitate automated configuration. Maintain secure communication with devices in your data center or branch offices independent of network availability. The RCM appliance supports serial and Ethernet access for 8 devices.
