Z8PE-D18 is designed in EEB (12" x 13") form factor, with 18 memory DIMMs with traditional riser card slot all on the same board. This board will offer you highest memory capacity without source for proprietary chassis and riser solution.

Dual use for server and workstation with Flex-E technology and MIO card
The ASUS Flex-E technology provides the flexibility to auto-switch between 2 true PCI-E x16 Link and 1 PCI-E x16 Link and 2 PCI-E x8 Link (for I/O expansion). The MIO audio card offers enhanced signal-to-noise ratio in a 7.1 surround channel setup to deliver exhilarating surround sound for professional usage.

Optimized for virtualization, VMDq supported
