Typically, their name, the person who is hosting them at your facility, the name of their organization, and a unique identifier (such as their e-mail address) are required. The system captures their photo and prints their badge.

Once the visitor signs-in, their data along with their photo is now recorded and stored in the digital log, making future searches easy and efficient. In addition, the system can remember visitors for future visits making return sign-in's even faster.
