The LevelOne FCS-3021 is an indoor PoE IP Network Camera. It streams real-time audio and video in MPEG4 and MJPEG video compression formats over a PoE enabled LAN network or in 3GPP compression format for streaming over a 3G mobile network.

The FCS-3021 features an IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet compliant PoE module for flexible deployment over a PoE enabled LAN network. Users can install the camera without concern for a power outlet located near the camera. A PoE network switch or midspan hub provides data communications and power to the camera over a single Cat.5e/6 cable.

The FCS-3021 supports simultaneous dual-streaming., MPEG4 streaming over UDP, TCP or HTTP, multicast streaming and MJPEG streaming over HTTP. It also features GSM-AMR audio compression, AAC audio encoding and 2-way audio. Multiple window video motion detection, digital input / output connectors for alarms or sensors and event notification via HTTP, SMTP or FTP completes the advanced features of the FCS-3021.

The FCS-3021 is bundled with LevelOne IP CamSecure Lite, a 32-channel surveillance monitoring software package. Recording of video and audio can be done easily in event-driven or schedule recording modes.
