The CCM-1600 is a 16-slot modular, rack-mounted, multi-media converter chassis. The CCM-1600 modules offer 100Base-TX to 100Base-FX conversion, as well as, a variety of 10Base media combinations. Reliability is insured by adding an optional, redundant, hot-swappable power supply. With a slim, low profile chassis and a mix of 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps and Gigabit media conversion, the CCM-1600 becomes the perfect solution for connecting today's evolving networks.

Canary not only provides a solution for your conversion needs, but also facilitates the smooth transition from 10 Mbps legacy networks to the increased speeds of 100 Mbps Fast Ethernet. With sixteen modular cards and two modular power supplies, the user can cleanly and easily connect legacy LANs or Fast Ethernet segments to switches or routers. All CCM cards and power supplies are hot-swappable eliminating costly network down time.

Designed for cost effective network versatility, the CCM-1600 100Base-TX to 100Base-FX cards enable the user to transparently link stations using alternate protocols.
