Customers covered by PSC's Quick-Replacement (QRP) warranty will receive a new or refurbished replacement unit before the defective equipment is returned to PSC. Replacement equipment is sent from PSC within one business day of notification by customer. PSC pays for overnight shipping and must be notified by 12: 00 noon (PST Monday-Friday, on PSC standard business days) to ensure overnight delivery.
