The ControlPad 684 is a versatile, cost-effective, programmable keypad. Assembled with high quality Cherry MX keyswitches on a metal frame. The keys are durable, yet light and easy to press - a feature lacking on lesser quality devices. The keypad is easily configured using the Windows software provided. The non-volatile, programmable memory allows the keypad to connect to any RS-232 port without installing resident software. The unit operates over a wide input voltage range, powered from either the host or an external power supply. The keys are relegendable, allowing the user to label them to fit a specific need.
