HP e-SupportPack is a new ordering tool, which allows HP to provide you with a wider range of more flexible services. HP e-SupportPack does not imply any change in your ordering process: only your wholesaler's process evolves towards a quicker ordering system, making the HP SupportPack products available to you "on demand". You are provided with the right portfolio at the right time!
This service provides basic onsite physical installation of one HP Desktop PC or Notebook. The service includes travel from a primary HP Support Office between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding HP holidays, for sites located within 100 miles of the HP Support Offices. Basic installation includes unpacking, reconciling against the packing slip, connecting the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and network cables. Technician will power on the hardware, verify the functionality, run power on diagnostics, boot the system to a Windows prompt, enter the TCP/IP address, and verify that the system comes up to the network login screen. Packaging will be removed to a customer-designated area within the immediate installation location.
This service covers one HP Desktop PC or Notebook except for Pavilion Notebooks or Pavilion PCs.
