HP SupportPacks have HP product numbers and are sold like accessories. The two versions of the same HP SupportPack are available. The HP SupportPack part number with a suffix of "A" represents the traditional shrink-wrap version; for example: H5479A. With this HP SupportPack, the customer receives a shrink-wrap HP SupportPack, and needs to register with HP to activate their service. The HP e-SupportPack part number with a suffix of "E" represents the electronic version; for example: H5479E. With the HP e-SupportPack, you can register by fax, or by the Internet.
This warranty is applied to Vectra VL400 (CPU only), VL600 (CPU only), VLi8 (CPU only).
