HP provides world-class support for all OpenView products through a network of solution centers to ensure the most timely, accurate assistance possible. This cooperative network of HP OpenView experts, who offer exceptional depth of product knowledge and implementation expertise, can be rapidly enlisted to solve even the most complex software issues.
HP OpenView Customer Care is available in a variety of service options. Both Standard and Extended Support are offered in one or three year contracts so you can select the support service that best fits your needs. Both one year and three year Standard Support agreements benefit unlimited telephone support from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a guaranteed 2-hour response from the time of the initial call. Standard Support offers timely product upgrades (both version and revision) and materials delivered automatically. An exclusive "right to copy" license allows your staff to quickly implement software updates from a single, sharable copy. Standard Support also provides direct online access to HP's IT Resource Center (ITRC) that contains many of the knowledge databases and tools used by the HP Response Center engineers. Access to the OpenView Toolbelt utilities helps to ensure rapid, successful deployment, configuration and management of OpenView solutions. These programs eliminate many of the surprises that can be encountered during a deployment and help to decrease time spent on troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
