The HighPoint RocketRAID 2224 is a high performance PCI-X to SATA II HBA. The RocketRAID 2224 supports key features with hot-swap and hot-spare that are critical to ensuring business continuity.

The HighPoint RocketRAID 2224 Controller offers 4 internal ports that combine high performance storage connectivity of Serial ATA with HighPoint's advanced RAID features, including, Online Capacity Expansion, RAID Level Migration and HighPoint's RAID Management software.

The RocketRAID 2224 also features an external Infiniband connection that is a highly reliable locking cable connector that combines four SATA ports into one on the controller side.
