The InfiniBand 2-port 40 Gb Expansion Card (CFFh) for IBM BladeCenter shows IBM's commitment to meet customer needs through its BladeCenter offerings. It is the addition to the BladeCenter portfolio, enabling high-speed connections to drive bandwidth-intensive applications like virtualization. IBM offers this version of the card with two ports, giving higher flexibility to its clients. This card allows clients to add up to two High-Speed Switch Modules (HSSMs) in a single chassis to meet the most bandwidth-intensive application needs.
