The Emulex 4 Gb FC Expansion Card (CFFv) for BladeCenter is an addition to the family of IBM BladeCenter expansion cards, which due to its smaller form factor, provides sufficient space to enable connectivity with both Legacy and High Speed switch module bays at the same time, on the High Speed Blade when a second expansion card is utilized. This Emulex expansion card connects to the PCI-X bus, and provides access to the Legacy Switch Modules 3 and 4. As previously mentioned, the small form factor provides sufficient space for adding a second CFFh expansion card for access to the high speed switch modules in bays 7 - 10.
