You have a choice of two-day or five-day repair response times, measured from the time a unit arrives at an Intermec Repair Center. With Silver Service, your unit(s) will be repaired and shipped to your location within two business days of its receipt at Intermec's Repair Center. Included in this service is: all labor and parts, cleaning and calibration, phone technical support (M-F, 8-5), return freight of your repaired unit.
