Maintenance Agreement provides 1 year of coverage that can be used to extend the coverage at the expiration of the new product warranty, extended warranty, or maintenance agreement. It includes telephone support and offers KODAK Service & Support from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (customer local time). The Agreement must be purchased prior to the expiration of the new product warranty, extended warranty, or maintenance agreement.
