Administrating Novell Small Business Suite is easy and straightforward. With the included Novell Easy Administration Tool (NEAT), adding users, peripherals, or groups is a simple operation: NEAT provides a graphical interface that coaches the administrator through the process. You can also use NEAT to manage your GroupWise system, which eliminates the need for separate network and messaging systems.
For those businesses with limited administration resources, Novell Small Business Suite also offers a remote management option. Using the NetWare Management Agent (NMA), an authorized Novell professional can remotely monitor and administer your network so you can spend less time resolving network issues and more time developing your business.
