OKIcare Overnight Exchange will provide you with an overnight replacement of your printer no later than the next business day for the duration of your warranty. One phone call to Customer Support professionals is all you need to get a printer shipped to your location.
The Warranty Extension Program (WEP) is available to you at the time of printer purchase through the 90th day of ownership and provides the same and/or upgraded coverage you receive under your printers' standard warranty.
The Extension must be purchased within 90 days from date of original purchase.
