The Service Plus 2-Day program will provide you with efficient factory level depot repair service with a rapid turn around time. Under this service option the customers contact PSC customer support to obtain an RMA number, return the defective unit to PSC's designated service depot where the product will be restored to factory performance specifications within two 2 business days of receipt at the depot. This program provides an increased service level at an unbeatable price.
