In pcAnywhere terminology, the administrator's computer that has the Symantec Management Platform installed on it or another computer that is running the Symantec Management Console is called the remote computer or the console. The managed client computer that has the pcAnywhere plug-in installed on it is called the host computer because it hosts the connection.
