Strengths: Very effective in excluding near-by casual observers.

Weaknesses: Makes the screen a LITTLE bit darker.

Summary: I am comfortable working on airplanes w/o fear of sharing confidential information. It is the envy of my peers.

Strengths: You forget you have it on your screen until someone walks by your desk and says, is your computer off, what are you looking at? To the person passing by, it appears you are looking at a blank (black) screen as if the computer is off, however, you see perfectly clear. I love this for my airplane flights. I am 100% travel for my job and everyone asks about this screen when they see it.

Weaknesses: Can't think of any.

Summary: This is by far the coolest idea I have seen for privacy in a while. I certainly give it 5 stars. Tip: when applying the adhesive tabs to your laptop, apply as few as possible (I have 4 total, two on the bottom, and one on each side) you will have to remove the screen for others to see your PC. I teach quite a bit and I am removing the screen each time I need to show someone how to operate something on the computer. This is not an issue because the screen easily slides in an out, but my first screen I got tab happy and it was not as easy to slide in an out. Best of luck to you!
