Strengths: Easy to install, just as all fans should be. The LED's in the fans are very bright. The 3-speed feature is really nice. Plenty of air flow while being very quiet on medium setting. It has male and female 3 pin connectors on it along with a double sided 4 pin molex.

Weaknesses: High setting makes them vibrate a lot, but there's no reason to set it to high because you barely get any more air flow.

Summary: Runs quiet on high speed, blows lots of air. I have two blowing out the back of my case added with the ones on the side and a different brand on the top which were already there, and my GPU temps have dropped around five degrees. Has a pretty versatile power cord, it lets you disconnect the four pin connectors for smaller, better looking three pinners. The LED is bright.
