Strengths: Excellent Integration
Weaknesses: Non consistent output options from Compressor
Summary: The newest version of Final Cut Studio adds many updates, features, and useful changes. Motion 3 has 3D support built in and is as easy to use. The big addition is the Color application. What use to cost enormous sums of money, has now been dropped to the price of Final Cut Studio: Color post processing.

Strengths: The most powerful video editing software on the market.
Weaknesses: None so far. Maybe the audio editing options.
Summary: Final Cut Studio 2 is great. The addition of 3D composition in Motion 3 is worth the $1200 price tag alone. The new interface of Compressor is excellent, especially the monitoring option. A great buy & the industry standard
