Strengths: Ability to keep me cool, keeps the computer cool.

Weaknesses: Too few colors to choose from, a little too thick, even at its narrowest part.

Summary: I have an iLap by Rain Design, and I have the CushTop. Both keep me cool, but the CushTop's design is more versatile. Being able to incline it different ways makes it comfortable when working on my lap or on the couch or bed. It would be nice, however, if the thinnest point was less than about an inch and a half thick. The design doesn't make it possible, however. If you're looking for an excellent lap desk, this is the one to buy. Keep in mind, however, that its surface is fabric, so if you're working on one or two sheets of paper, you need to have a more solid surface below the paper, or your pencil might tear the page.
