Strengths: Good wi-fi features. Good display. Very easy to set up and start up.

Weaknesses: very small keys: poor microphone : very short life battery: drops calls when close to router.

Summary: I bought my phone from the skype web site, who sell through Digital River and Ingram Online. I like skype and Belkin, but in this instance skype and Belkin were both below average quality: skype for their customer service, and Belkin for a poor design.

Strengths: Great to not have the computer on to call someone or receive calls.

Weaknesses: keeps signing in and out of skype on its own.

Summary: A great phone to have if you use skype. Very easy to use and setup. the voice quality is good but the volume needs to be louder. Buy the SMC cradle base to charge the phone. This will save the contacts.

Strengths: Easy to use, works with any internet connection, has good sound quality and looks nice.

Weaknesses: Ringer is very low and can't always be heard. It has frozen a few times and had to be turned off and then on again.

Summary: Overall, this product is very good. It has great sound quality for an internet phone and is a good size. It's very easy to use and navigate through. It provides free caller id in addition to the free phone calls. It charges quickly and has connected to many different wireless connections. I use this phone as my main house phone and it works great.
