Strengths: Great management features once you understand it; most dependable unit on the market
Weaknesses: Difficult learning curve
Summary: I have always loved Cisco for their quality products. The ASA5510 doesn't disappoint and is probably the best in its class.

| ASA-5505 - A powerful addition to the corporate network |
Strengths: The use of the installation wizards makes the installation and primary configuration a breeze. The VPN setup and client configuration is straight forward and doesn't take a Cisco certified technician to setup. The ASA can be setup by anyone with basic networking knowledge.
Summary: The ASA-5505 is a versatile and powerful addition to your corporate network. Following the installation & VPN creation allow anyone with basic networking skills to get the ASA up and running. The graphical administration interface (ASDM) is clean and straight forward and allows you to configure all of the ASA's features without using the Cisco command line interface which has caused so many problems for users in the past. I highly recommend the ASA series.
