Strengths: Reliability, performance, features
Weaknesses: Occasionally flake out and need to be rebooted, usually after power outage, but I don't know how much you can blame the access point for that.
Summary: My organization has deployed hundreds of these access points, both in warehouses and offices, and I'm happy with them. We configure them all identically, so we don't experiment with all the different features much, but they support everything we need. One problem with this type of access point is they get hard to manage as you add more and more to your network. I think the trend is toward dumb access points that are all centrally managed. This seems like it might be a better idea to me. One thing I'm really pleased with is these have been rock solid performers. I think we've only had two that have crapped out completely. So I wouldn't recommend getting any kind of maintenance contract on this unit. When the odd one breaks just buy a new one.

Summary: I have lost two Cisco AP1200 and Cisco could not help me with repairs, even though one of them was lost a week after installation. Cisco must do something about support for their products. This is particularly important when the problem occurs outside USA.

Summary: Don't purchase if you are wanting to setup a wireless bridge. These units will not bridge per CISCO support which makes them 10X more expensinve than the linksys 54G units which run rock solid in bridge mode.
