Strengths: I purchased this system as a tool to learn Cisco VoIP and was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to install this system for a business. It's Cisco CME and CUE in a box; the perfect device to use for CCNAV certification. Although fully configurable from a GUI, you can also use the IOS. It's also a very fast little router.
Weaknesses: It has limited expandability (like all Cisco ISR devices). This model has enough digital signal processors to upgrade to a maximum of 16 phones.
Summary: The system is compact, quiet, built sturdy (with a metal chassis) and looks very nice. It's a great little router and supports all the VoIP IOS commands, protocols, codecs and features that a full blown modular CME router and AIM-CUE system provide.
I used the book //CCNA Voice Official Exam Certification Guide (640-460 IIUC): Jeremy Cioara// and his CBT Nuggets to learn Cisco VoIP and was able to fully configure the phones, FXS and FXO ports from the IOS command line on my first attempt. I started by erasing the default configuration and then configuring the router from my notes.
Also, the CUE module seems to have a reasonably fast flash system to run the embedded Linux that Cisco uses for voice mail.
I have no regrets with this system whatsoever!

Strengths: Excellent features, well designed. Easy to setup right out of the box
Weaknesses: Must have previous Cisco knowledge to configure more advanced features. Many are not accessible through GUI interface, and must be configured through CLI.
Summary: Overall a great product. A little pricey for the smaller business. Great if office will have more than 10 users.
