Strengths: 4 Gigabit ports, lots of configuration options

Weaknesses: Doesn't support jumbo frames

Summary: When I purchased the DGL-4100, it was the only consumer-level gigabit router I could find. It's a great product, with lots of configuration options. Haven't had any issues with stability, and D-Link has released firmware updates on a fairly regular basis. Only wish it supported jumbo frames for transferring large files between my computer and the NAS. :)

Strengths: Consistant connection speed regardless of what type of computer (laptop, desktop, gaming) I am using.

Weaknesses: The DGL-4100 is the wired version. I wonder how well the wireless version would work for me and at what consistant connection speed it would provide.

Summary: Very Good product. Provides constant steady connection and I have not had to hard boot the router since I have had it.

Strengths: Stable, reliable

Weaknesses: Vague instructions, unexplained features, outsourced tech support

Summary: The router is reliable, but can be difficult to configure correctly. Calling tech support did not solve my problems.
