Strengths: Works like a charm!
Weaknesses: It was actually the wrong part and was too big for my previous desktop. Even though it was the recommended part.
Summary: Once my IT dept replaced my current desktop with a tower unit, I was very happy with the results and can keep track of my managers calendar without ever having to close it!
