Strengths: Color quality.
Weaknesses: Fax set up not good.
Too many options to choose from.
Summary: The product delivers prints (color and black & white) within or better the time specified. The color quality is very good. The fax setup is not very good espically when you have only one telephone line and have an answering machine attached. Even though the instruction tell you where to set the rings, it still is not answering. The deliver from CostCentral was very good. It arrived on time with no damage to the product.
