Strengths: I've purchased this laptop security lock set, and it is very easy to setup. The quality is very good, especially with the HP rebate making it an excellent value.

Summary: I have always somewhat concern with my laptop at home not being secured to any furniture. This particular laptop security lock set is very easy to setup. I've tied it to the computer table and only took a couple of minutes. It turns out that there are several way to secure the laptop to various type of furniture. The quality is very good, especially with the HP rebate making it an excellent value.

Strengths: Easily and instantly adjust the height of your monitor. The built-in spring counterbalances its weight, so you can do it w/ a couple fingers. I don't have the HP comps, so can't use that function but it would be great if I did.

Weaknesses: None really, only I'd like to be able to get into the guts of a second unit and see if I can adapt it to mount 2 monitors vertically. I'm still trying to get through to HP's tech support about that.

Summary: I got it free after rebate in a special promotion, but even if you have to pay for it, it might be worth it if you like/need to adjust your monitor a lot. And if you have the HP computer units to mount on the back, it'd definitely be worth it to clear up desk space and keep dust out of the unit.

Summary: it's well be better if more pictures are included in the description and detail on how to use this item will be provided. "Monitor/desktop stand" is kind of misleading to the wrong direction since it is not a general stand for all kind of monitor.
