Strengths: awesome product I would buy this product again
Summary: i am very pleased withmy product, this is my second hp printer. The service from Erie computer was the best I have ever had. Iordered a mp3 player from someone else on amazon and have had the worst time and I have never even received my order. Erie computer is my choice for best customer service.
