Strengths: Speed, quality resolution, network capability
Weaknesses: The supplied program comes with one user license. Need to purchase additional licenses for more users.
Summary: This is a great scanner for a small business and for archiving documents.

Scanner and pricing is very good.Only a problem is separation pad wear out after around 18000 pages and id not available in market. Who sells online charges you anything around $150 where as On HP web site it is $18, But not available. I have 2 scanners lying without separation pad. |

Strengths: The ScanJet is fantastic.
Weaknesses: CostCentral promised me a $225 cash back if I shipped my old printer for recycling. However, the website CostCentral sent me to will not accept the ScanJet I purchased from CostCentral as a valid item for the cash back program.
Summary: In making the purchase of the ScanJet through CostCentral, I compared the price you offered based on your representation that I would receive a $225 rebate. It induced me to purchase the ScanJet through you rather than another vendor. Since the representation has proved false, that amounts to fraud.
