Strengths: Large screen, fast processing/retrieval, SD and CF slots, built-in WiFi, lots of memory.
Weaknesses: Can't go from "off" straight to calendar, contacts, or memo from a button like you can on a Palm.
Summary: I recently switched from many years of Palm PDA ownership over to a Windows Mobile OS so that it would be easier to use Word and Excel documents. This unit does everything I want, including running Skyscape medical reference software, and being able to seamlessly use Outlook and MS Office Mobile (it also has PowerPoint). My husband has a wonderful Dell Axim X51v, but this ipaq 210 outperforms it. It also has a much bigger screen than the Axim, but it weighs less than an ounce more. Needless to say, he's very jealous (and his Axim is starting to have some problems), so I'm ordering another ipaq 210 for him today. Big screen is very important to me, and this ipaq is very easily readable, even with tables and charts. I am very pleased, no complaints at all. Applications run quickly, very impressive. Good battery life, too, and the battery is replaceable (unlike my beloved Zire 72 that has to stay plugged in now). I haven't done a lot on the internet with it yet, but the web pages I accessed were easy to read and navigate, with full photos and graphics, etc. This is clearly the best PDA I have ever owned.
