HelmetHead Cycle

Strengths: Good power, cooler processor, faster computer.

Weaknesses: None. Absolutely no weaknesses.

Summary: This processor is a great step up from the stock T5500 which came in my Gateway P-6860. I bought this computer for mostly a programming development machine, where I could pop a quick game every now and then. The stock T5500 had decent power, but when I unleashed the performance of the T9300, I've been able to run multiple virtual machines (VM) without much hesitation from the host computer. The T9300 really shines in processor-intensive tasks and I've yet to regret this purchase.

Jim Payne

Strengths: Speed, Power Consumption

Weaknesses: None

Summary: This is perhaps the best upgrade you can get for your Memron processor. I upgraded from a T5250 (1.5Ghz) and it's like getting a new laptop. This is one of the few things that you can add cheaper to your system than buying a system with it installed.
