Strengths: S-IPS panel.

Weaknesses: Built-in white point settings are totally wrong.

Summary: The monitor has internal white point settings of sRGB, 6500K, 9300K, and an unmarked setting somewhere between the last two. I wanted to see how accurate these settings were so I checked the calibration with my i1Display2 calibration device. sRGB (which should be 6500K) turned out to be 8700K, 6500K turned out to be 8500K, and 9300K turned out to be a whopping 15800K. But when I manually calibrated the monitor for my preferences (WP 6500K, Gamma 2.2, Lum 120) I got exactly the results I wanted, and there is no discernible color shift when viewing the screen from an angle, horizontal or vertical. These are the reasons why I ultimately gave it 5 stars.

Strengths: Excellent color quality, Beautiful sharp looking monitor

Weaknesses: Wobbly stand but most are.

Summary: This is a great monitor with accurate color. Black is black and color is just right. This one came with one pixel locked on red and what must be a smudge under the outside screen layer the size of a pinhead. You can only notice them if you have a white screen and only bothers the kind of people like me that hate even a speck of dust on their screen or glasses. I only notice it if I look for it and if this is all that is wrong I will be very happy. Cost Central worked with me getting me the monitor after trying to get it for over a month. For $425 I think this is an excellent monitor, no regrets so far.
