Strengths: level of integration, comfort
Weaknesses: would like internet back/forward buttons on the right-hand side. (I am right-handed)
Summary: I would definitely buy this product again. I like the fact that it integrates so well with my ThinkPad docking station.

Summary: The keyboard works fine. The programmable buttons are easy to customize and use. The usb ports can't support powered devices and may not be 2.0.

Comment by ibm is great (Jan 22, 2008 12:36pm ) what are you talking about? This keyboard does not have a fingerprint reader.
This keyboard is great! The internet keys are on the side where you will actually use them, the volume and play/pause/fwd/rev buttons for music are perfectly placed, the feel is quite good of the keys, it is even labeled on the side of the keys with the typical windows "shortcuts" (CTRL+...) in case you forget some of them.
Only downside is the stupid windows keys - does anyone use those? That's why I hang on to my 20 year old keyboard without those annoyances. Plus the built-in USB port is handy, but be aware it is USB1.0, not the higher speed 2.0. |
