Strengths: clear print, long life cartridges

Weaknesses: will not take different thicknesses of paper well.

Strengths: Setup was relatively easy. Very Good print/copy quality.

Weaknesses: Documentation. Network Scanning.

Summary: Good quality MF device. Print quality is very good. After about 2 weeks device hung. Power cycle failed to bring it back. Flashed firmware and all seems to be OK now. Web management was a little quirky in setting up FAX shortcuts.

Strengths: Very impressionable multifuntion printer with fast speeds and quite operations.

Weaknesses: Motherboard locked up on 3rd day of usage. Tech support and local support ordered new motherboard but in the meantime it was unplugged for 3 days awaiting the motherboard arrival and it fixed itself.

Summary: Impressed with this equipment as I am not a big Lexmark fan. Only after ordering, my software company found this model was not compatable and I have had to order an additional Lexmark printer T642. I am planning to keep the T502n for our color printing and fax needs.
