Strengths: Ease of use. Easy to setup and use with Skype. Looks good.

Weaknesses: I don't like software that starts up at Windows startup - of course this is a microsoft product so it's heavily integrated into Windows.

Summary: I forgot to save the UPC from the box so I missed my $15 rebate! Otherwise it makes chatting with my parents in Australia much more personal now that I can see them... A solid webcam with good features for the price.
