Strengths: Easy, silent, runs cool, just plug it in and it works.
Weaknesses: Absolutely no weaknesses that I can discern whatsoever.
Summary: This is what you want to speed up your home wired network. Great for my uses with multiple HD media feeds that I want to be able to use flexibly from different sources (e.g. NAS, PCs) to different screens (e.g. plasma) and for moving large files quickly etc. Relatively inexpensive for what you get.

Strengths: quiet. Many ports...more than sufficient for home networking purposes. Does not run as warm as I thought it would.
Weaknesses: not rack mountable.

Strengths: Easy installation. Metal enclosure, not plastic.
Weaknesses: None noticed.
Summary: Works great with my 1.0 Gbps & 100 Mbps computers and Network attached storage. Lots of ports available for my networked printers. I like the metal enclosure as it adds weight so it isn't flopping around on the bench, but it does have mounting tabs.
