Strengths: ease of installation, no setup and trouble free operation
Weaknesses: cheesy rack mount screws didn't align with holes, and plate thickness [thin] allows it to droop a little in the back
Summary: Netgear makes reliable products, from past experience I'd say this a good value for an inexpensive unmanaged switch

-- Size allows for versital physical placement
Weaknesses: I have not found a weakness.
Summary: The Netgear JGS516 Gigabit Switch has replaced older hubs connections with fantastic speedy connections that have awed my users. The efficency of my network has been enhanced with the addition of this switch.
