Summary: This RangeMax worked great with my old Dell laptop. My system could not communicate with the internal network card (which is dead)so I'm glad I bought this product. The -USB adaptor connected to my wireless via the plug and play. It was very easy to install the RangeMax and I had no problems. I would strongly recommend this product.

Strengths: Easy, worked perfectly as installed.

Weaknesses: Coordination with the the wireless router (router setup itself) was not as straightforward as I would have liked

Summary: Works awesome. Absolutely solved our problem. We have a router in the basement and had intermittent signal to the upstairs (2 stories up). With the purchase of this product, we have a strong signal 100% of the time. No longer are we dropping our connection. This was a very good purchase.

Strengths: Have 3 - they work just fine

Weaknesses: they get a bit warm - hope it doesn't cause a problem - try to ensure they are well ventilated.

Summary: The extension (USB connector) cable is better than anticipated as it provides more aerial and more flexibility for positioning the adapter for best results. Netgear customer support was poor (for a faulty router product) so I'm not likely to purchase their products again.
