Strengths: Lightweight and easy to set-up.
Weaknesses: The CD installer software needs to be modified so it doesn't tell you that you have the wrong product when you actually do.
Summary: This router is lightweight and simple to install. The colors make it very easy on the eyes so hiding it doesn't become an aesthetic priority.

Strengths: I am able to connect wirelessly at 802.11n at 270mb/sec with my Netgear WN121T adapter in the dining room maximizing my Optimum Online w/ optimum boost speed to about 29 to 30mb second with the Netgear RangeMax Next Wireless Router WNR834B in the basement. The distance between the basement and dining room from the 2 floors is well over 200 feet.
Summary: I am able to connect my Gateway Desktop, my brother's Dell Notebook by ethernet Cable, and my other brother's Gateway Notebook wirelessly in the dining room as well my Blockbuster On Demand Set Top Box wirelessly as well in the living room. The first time I set the Blockbuster STB, I had to call Netgear Technical Support during my warranty period because I had to configure my router properly in order for the 2Wire Blockbuster STB to work properly. I had to make sure that under the QoS Setup on the Router Configuration menu, that WiFi Multimedia Settings was checked off in order for the STB to work. The Netgear Technical Support was very helpful and spent a lot of time on the phone with me, in which I finally resolved the problem.
Now I am able to download movies with my Netgear Router and share my internet connections with my 3 other computers. This router was rated the best router by Consumer Reports.

Strengths: Received the item quickly.
Weaknesses: I had some trouble with wireless interface. It took Netgear a couple of hours, but they resolved the problem
Summary: I am overall satisfied with the product. It has been performing well.
