Strengths: Easy to setup. Works as advertised.
Weaknesses: No documentation
Summary: This is a very good Raid array. I use it in a mixed Mac / PC environment, and I haven't had any issues with it. It's light on documentation beyond basic installation though, that's the only downside to the product so far!
