Strengths: Can answer away from desk. Dont have to have a noisy lifter!

Weaknesses: the little mic that attachs to your phone likes to fall off some, but nothing a little super glue cant fix. :-)

Summary: Overall a good headset so far! Very easy to set! It works good with the Avaya 1608 & 1616 phones so you dont have to use a lifter.

Strengths: Convenience, Freedom to move about the office

Weaknesses: No one can tell if I'm on the phone - not a big deal. Sometimes I need more range - not a big deal.

Summary: Enjoying the product so much that quite a few of our staff have ordered the same model or are requesting it.
