Strengths: I do sales over the phone from home for a well-known computer company, so I frequently have lengthy discussions with customers before a large purchase. Many times, there's no need to be in front of the computer as various options are discussed, since I have the answers to most common inquiries already memorized. This headset has allowed me to walk about the house for exercise and relaxation, while helping a customer complete a purchase. *** The volume and mute features on the headset work well, and it is comfortable to wear. The noise-cancelling feature is also nice - customers have said they can't hear my air conditioning running, even though the unit is located right outside my office door. Nothing beats picking up a business call from the deck of your house!

Weaknesses: Sometimes, if the ringer on your phone isn't loud enough, you'll miss calls, as the "call indicator" beeps don't always come through on the headset. Not a problem if you plan to stay near the phone anyway.

Summary: Our customer service reps love this. We used to have the non-wireless models which tethered them to the desk. Now they can walk around and take calls anywhere in our warehouse. And as usual, the plantronics quality is great.
