Strengths: Overall good sound quality. Lifter works great and is a real convenience

Weaknesses: Microphone does not stay in position. Keep having to adjust it close enough to my mouth so callers can hear me.

Strengths: Light, The volume controls for both outgoing and incoming are excellent features. I can hear and so can the people I call

Weaknesses: Should have a button on the "station" to raise the lifter and answer calls. It is only on the headset.

Summary: Great item. I am happy with it. Range is limited but not a big issue.

Weaknesses: remote ring signal indicating incoming call does not function well

Summary: Excellent unit to untie yourself from your desk. Range is excellent, allowing me to move between offices and the warehouse and still talk to callers.

Summary: I am very happy with this product. It enables me to work hands free while talking on the phone. I also am able to receive calls if I walk away from my desk which is important.

Summary: This is an awesome product, I really like it. This product was easy to setup and easy to use. I have already noticed an increase in productivity since I can frees my hands during telephone conversations.
